About Us
James Schuerger is a California State Certified Residential appraiser who has provided service in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino and San Diego Counties since 1989. His experience began working for independent appraisal firms from 1989-1990. From 1990-1994 he was a staff appraiser with Household Bank. James established Shorecliff Appraisal Services, Inc. in 1994 providing a wide range of valuation services. Clients include homeowners, real estate agents, financial institutions, attorneys, investors and accountants. Properties appraised include single family, condominiums, 2-4 units, vacant land. Using advanced technology, appraisal reports are transmitted quickly and easily in a format that meet our client’s needs.
